This is the day by day reality that JINYA Ramen Bar founder Tomonori Takahashi got here from when he arrived in the United States in 2010. But when he looked for his favorite Japanese meals, he quickly realized that having fun with the standard taste and flavor of ramen wasn’t possible – unless he made it himself.
