So we’ve searched for elements, chosen high quality meats, created sauces, toasted buns, melted cheese and crafted shakes that shout flavor. Mon Ami Gabi is a neighborhood bistro serving traditional French delicacies and an extensive wine list. Imagine a world where consuming ramen is an on an everyday basis ritual, like ordering pizza or going out for a fantastic burger. This is the day by day reality that JINYA Ramen Bar founder Tomonori Takahashi got here from when he arrived in the United States in 2010. But when he looked for his favorite Japanese meals, he quickly realized that having fun with the standard taste and flavor of ramen wasn’t possible – unless he made it himself.
